是的。如果没有利息，则存在利息被视为赠与的风险。将您的利率设置为高于国家税务局的标准年利率。
Q. 廉价转账的“廉价”标准是什么？
法律没有明确的数值标准，都是根据具体情况进行判断。判例法建议，该价值应低于遗产税评估价值（约市场价值的80%），越低于该价值，识别风险越高（《继承税法》第7条）。
问：确保父母与子女之间的贷款不成为“视为赠与”的要点有哪些？
三点很重要：1）制定贷款协议，2）设定适当的利率（令和6：根据期限确定基准年利率），3）通过银行转账保存每月还款记录。如果您的银行存折中没有口头协议或记录，税务局就有可能将其视为礼物。
